Our Complimentary Standard Shipping option typically ensures delivery within an estimated timeframe of 7 to 14 business days, subject to variations arising from the customs policies of the destination country. On occasion, due to factors beyond our control, delivery may exceed the standard period.

We provide express shipping for one item per order, regardless of the total items purchased. This ensures swift and reliable delivery for each express-shipped item.

We pride ourselves on the bespoke nature of our offerings. Each item is meticulously crafted to your specifications and dispatched posthaste upon completion.

For a more expedited service, we offer an Expedited Shipping option, which on average, facilitates delivery within 7 business days following the completion of your unique piece. We must note, however, that the production of certain custom items may extend this timeline slightly.

Upon dispatch, a tracking number will be furnished via email for your convenience.

Should your order comprise multiple items, please be advised that they may arrive in separate shipments to ensure that you receive each piece at the earliest opportunity.

Production and Order Processing Timeframe: Typically, items are prepared for shipping within an average of five days.
