II purchased this dress by mistake, and couldn’t cancel it. Right minutes after purchase a second purchase of the right item but I contacted customer and explained them what happened. They did not approve my cancellation. I have been emailing with them for two weeks now and no capable of solving my issue not even store credit. After days in contact and no solution I had decided not to purchase in this website again, I spent over $500.00 and they didn’t even give a chance to really help with any of my concern. And on top of this the material of the clothes are poor quality feels like you buying from SHEIN. Think carefully prior ordering from here.
